Cheesy Broccoli

Ingredients:

6 tbsp butter

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

½ tsp celery salt

2 cloves garlic, minced

3/4 cup cheddar cheese

1 cup Bella Rosa grated Parmesan

½ cup heavy cream

1 bags frozen broccoli florets, thawed

3/4 cup

panko bread crumbs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° and spray non-stick spray in a casserole dish and set aside

  2. In a large sauce pan, melt 3 tbsp of the butter over medium heat.  Once melted, add your bread crumbs and mix thru then transfer to a bowl and set aside.

  3. Then melt the other 3tbsp of butter to the pan to melt, once melted, add your garlic and sautee for 1 minute until flagrant

  4. Add mayonnaise, celery salt and pepper to the pan and heat through

  5. Add your cheddar and 3/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese to the mixture and stir to melt (leaving 1/4 cup of Parmesan to top with)

  6. Add in heavy cream and mix well

  7. Then add thawed broccoli and fold in to cover broccoli

  8. Transfer to casserole dish and top with bread crumb topping.

  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly, then top with remaining Parmesan.
